Cupping
An ancient technique used to promote healing and vascular flow through the use of suction. Choose from dry, fire, Hijama or massage oil cupping.
Dry
An ancient practice which uses cups on the skin to create suction. This suction is used to increase blood flow, reduce inflammation, and promote relaxation.
Hijama
A technique widely practiced in Islamic medicine, known as a 'Sunnah'. Light incisions paired with cupping expels any 'bad blood' from the body.
Fire
Gentle heat is applied to glass cups to create suction onto the skin. Traditional Chinese therapy with the aim to relax muscle and rejuvenate the body.
Massage Oil
Cups are placed onto skin and are moved around the body using oil. A technique which relieves muscle tension via superficial tissue massage.
